Clothing Vouchers

Catholic Charities' clothing voucher program provides eligible individuals and families with clothing items from our thrift store partners. To be eligible for this program, clients must fall within certain income guidelines. Once approved, clients are provided vouchers for clothing according to the guidelines below.

Vouchers to the Catholic Charities Thrift Store in Salina allot for two tops and two bottoms per household member. Clients 18 years and older must apply on their own. Individuals and families under certain circumstances may be eligible for more clothing. Vouchers are offered Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Budget Shop, Manhattan Kansas, and Catholic Charities are partnering to provide free clothing and/or shoes up to the limit of $25 per household through a clothing voucher program. No more than 4 vouchers will be provided by Catholic Charities in a one-month period and unused vouchers are not carried over to the next month.

To apply for a Manhattan clothing voucher, please visit our Manhattan location to complete an intake form. A single household is eligible for 1 clothing voucher per season (i.e. fall, winter, spring, summer)

The Arc of Central Plains - Hays, Kansas, and Catholic Charities are partnering to provide free clothing and/or shoes up to the limit of $25 per household through a clothing voucher program.
