Disability Assistance

The Disability Assistance Fund helps individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities get the financial resources they need to cover essential costs that they cannot obtain from other sources.

This fund will assist individuals with $500 in a one-year period to help with items not covered by SSI or other sources. To apply, please download and complete the below application and return it to your nearest Catholic Charities office. Applications are reviewed monthly.
